Empress Lucretia

"I will not allow the archaic traditions of my neighbors to oppress the people who've given their allegiance to me. My methods may seem overtly cruel, my blood haired little sparrow, but it is only because anything less would result in the complete dissolution of my empire and the wasting of the effort I've expended in the past fifty years. But I will humor your desire for diplomacy, and I shall watch as your ideals are crushed beneath the reality of this land's situation. When this is done, I shall collect the pieces and rebuild you, educate you, and eventually you shall be grateful for my lessons. You call the society I've developed a "cult of personality", arguing that the people are too oppressed and ignorant to know better than to obey the laws I've decreed. Your too willing to listen to others, to allow the propagation of cultures which only hold back the people of not just this continent, but this world as well. That bleeding heart of yours, one which can be admirable, will come to toughen. When this is done, only then will you see the truth of this existence that I've forged for my people with my ambition."

Empress Lucretia was born to an Aethorn mother and a Fael father. This union of two polar opposite arcana (magic; aether and the faelarona) resulted in the Empress, who is a creature constantly in flux. This has resulted in her fascination with the biological composition of creatures in general and her ability to manipulate organic matter. She is able to form weapons from her bones, exert the full force of her muscles (normally the full force of a person's muscles is reserved for extreme situations) without destroying them, turn other creatures into biological bombs filled with her own custom-created viruses, and even heal the damage done to other beings. Angelique and her unit were taught by the Empress and act as her personal Medical and Scientific soldiers, hence the similarities between what Angelique and her squad can do and what the Empress can execute (though she is at a level higher than them).

Seemingly confident, she hides a depressive mental state that resulted from the lack of a mother and a politically aspiring father. She knows what she wants and is willing to take the steps neccessary to obtain what she desires, but she has issues with knowing when to draw the line at where she can go, resulting in a strain being put on her relationship with Efrit. Intelligent, regal, and quite dominant when she wishes. However to those she loves and considers important, she is far more caring and warm. The people of the empire adore her for a reason, she rose to the top via cunning and strength, along with gathering the support of the general populace as to support her bid for control. 

She is curious and inquisitive, having a deep desire to know all about certain things. When upset, she can be either passive aggressive or cold and callous.
